The invention discloses an intelligent traffic design method based on artificial intelligence and the Internet of things. A fuzzy controller of a single-intersection traffic signal lamp is designed, and traffic is controlled according to the number of queuing vehicles. A phase selection controller and a green light delay fuzzy controller for traffic lights are introduced aiming at the randomness characteristic of vehicles arriving at an intersection in urban traffic and the defect of a fixed-phase and fixed-time-length controller currently adopted by traffic lights. The phase selection controller selects the next green light phase according to the traffic flow of each current red light phase and the continuous red light time. The green light delay fuzzy controller determines the green light delay time according to the traffic flow of the current green light phase and the next green light phase. The method can effectively improve the traffic efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种通过人工智能和物联网的智能交通设计方法,通过设计了一种单交叉口交通信号灯的模糊控制器,它是根据排队车辆数的多少来控制交通的,针对城市交通中到达路口车辆的随机性特点,以及目前交通灯采用的定相位定时长控制器的缺点,引入了交通灯的相位选择控制器和绿灯延时模糊控制器;相位选择控制器根据当前各红灯相位车流量的大小,以及持续红灯时间来选择下一绿灯相位;绿灯延时模糊控制器根据当前绿灯相位和下一绿灯相位的车流量大小决定绿灯延时时间,该方法能有效提交交通的效率。
