The invention provides an artificial intelligence Internet of Things traffic light system, and the system comprises a face recognition unit used for recognizing pedestrians on the two sides of a zebracrossing; a central control unit which is used for controlling the state of pedestrian traffic lights; a license plate recognition unit which is used for recognizing the license plate number of a vehicle on a traffic lane, wherein the central control unit is also used for counting the number of license plate numbers of vehicles and calculating the real-time traffic flow, and the first preset duration is in positive correlation with the real-time traffic flow. According to the invention, vehicles can be always kept passing when no pedestrian passes through the road; the time of the traffic light can be flexibly changed according to the actual passing requirements of pedestrians; the first preset duration is set to be positively correlated with the real-time traffic flow, so the vehicle passing pressure can be effectively reduced in the vehicle passing peak period, meanwhile, the pedestrian waiting time can be effectively reduced in the vehicle passing valley period, and the road passing efficiency is greatly improved on the premise that the waiting time of all parties is prevented from being too long.

    本发明提出了一种人工智能物联网交通红绿灯系统,包括:人脸识别单元,用于识别斑马线两侧的行人;中央控制单元,用于控制行人红绿灯的状态;车牌识别单元,用于识别行车道上的车辆车牌号;所述中央控制单元还用于统计车辆车牌号的数量并计算实时车流量;其中,所述第一预设时长与所述实时车流量呈正相关。本发明可保证在道路无行人通过时始终保持车辆通行,可根据行人的实际通行需求灵活改变红绿灯的时间,设置第一预设时长与实时车流量呈正相关,既可在车辆通行高峰期有效降低车辆通行压力,同时也可在车辆通行低谷期有效降低行人等待时间,在避免了各方等待时间过长的前提下极大的提高了道路通行效率。
