Through the arrangement of the gear shaft, the friction disc and the limiting rack, the abutting wedge block is pressed by the inclined face of the abutting box in the ascending process, the abutting friction disc is close to the guide rail and a gear on the gear shaft while the abutting wedge block is close to the guide rail, then the bottom end of the abutting wedge block and one side of the friction disc make contact with the guide rail, friction is generated, and braking is formed; when the friction disc and the guide rail form braking, the friction disc drives the gear shaft to stop rotating, and the gear shaft is prevented from sliding downwards through meshing connection of the gear on the gear shaft and the limiting rack.

    本发明涉及智能电梯技术领域,且公开了一种基于人工智能物联网的智能电梯,包括固定箱、导轨、电梯箱限速器,所述固定箱与导轨活动卡接,所述固定箱与电梯箱的底部固定连接,所述固定箱的内部固定安装有抵压箱,所述活动滑块的左侧固定连接有拉紧钢绳。通过齿轮轴、摩擦盘和限位齿条的设置,使得抵压楔块在上升的过程中,受到抵压箱斜面的抵压,进而在靠近导轨的同时,抵压摩擦盘向导轨和齿轮轴上的齿轮靠近,随后抵压楔块的底端和摩擦盘的一侧与导轨接触,并产生摩擦,形成制动,在摩擦盘和导轨形成制动的同时,摩擦盘带动齿轮轴停止转动,利用齿轮轴上的齿轮与限位齿条的啮合连接,避免齿轮轴向下滑动。
