The invention relates to a novel trailing arm mounting structure for a rear torsion beam. The novel trailing arm mounting structure comprises a vehicle body longitudinal beam upper metal plate, a vehicle body longitudinal beam lower metal plate, a lining, a left lining fixing bolt, a right lining fixing bolt, a trailing arm, a torsion beam mounting left bolt and a torsion beam mounting right bolt. A bolt mounting hole is formed in the vehicle body longitudinal beam lower metal plate, and a projection welding nut is arranged in a cavity of the vehicle body longitudinal beam; and the left lining fixing bolt and the right lining fixing bolt are inserted into the lining from the left side and the right side respectively, the connecting bolt penetrates through the lining fixing bolts and the bolt mounting holes and then is in threaded connection with the projection welding nut, and the connecting bolt is fixed in a vertical tightening mode. The installation of the torsion beam is changed into vertical installation and tightening from lateral tightening and fixing, the assembly efficiency of a production line is optimized, the welding form and position are optimized, an mounting support is omitted, the longitudinal beam is directly utilized, the installation strength is improved, the impact resistance is greatly improved, and the fatigue life is greatly prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种用于后扭力梁的新型纵臂安装结构,包括车体纵梁上钣金、车体纵梁下钣金、衬套、左衬套固定螺栓、右衬套固定螺栓、纵臂、扭力梁安装左螺栓及扭力梁安装右螺栓;在车体纵梁下钣金上开设螺栓安装孔,在车体纵梁的腔体内部设置凸焊螺母;左衬套固定螺栓与右衬套固定螺栓分别从左右两侧插入衬套中,连接螺栓穿过衬套固定螺栓及螺栓安装孔后与凸焊螺母螺纹连接,连接螺栓固定方式为竖向打紧。扭力梁安装由侧向打紧固定改为垂向安装打紧,优化了生产线的装配效率,优化了焊接形式和位置,取消了安装支架直接利用纵梁,增加了安装强度,其抗冲力能力与疲劳寿命得以大幅度提升。
