Six auxiliary holes are formed in the hub plate, and the upper end of the spring plate is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the cross beam. According to the novel rear torsion beam, the weight of the rear torsion beam can be reduced, welding seams are reduced while a hub support is omitted, the thickness of a single-layer plate of a hub plate is convenient to adjust, and manufacturability is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种新型后扭力梁,包括横梁、纵臂和弹簧盘,所述横梁的左右两侧均固定连接有纵臂,所述纵臂的上端固定连接有连接臂,且连接臂的上端固定连接有套管,所述纵臂的底端外侧固定连接有轮毂板,所述轮毂板的中部开设有主孔,且轮毂板的表面开设有副孔,所述纵臂的内侧中部固定连接有弹簧盘,且弹簧盘的中部开设有定位孔,所述纵臂的前侧下端固定连接有减震器支架,所述纵臂为空心管状结构,所述套管为空心管状结构,所述轮毂板上开设有六个副孔,所述弹簧盘的上端与横梁的底端固定连接。该新型后扭力梁,可轻量化后扭力梁,省去轮毂支架的同时减少焊缝,轮毂板单层板厚度调整较方便,保证工艺性。
