The invention relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing, in particular to a pneumatic tire with a tire noise reduction system. The pneumatic tire with the tire noise reduction system includes a tread, a bead, a sidewall, a tire body layer, and a belt layer disposed on a radially outer side of the tire body layer, wherein the tread is composed of an upper tread and a lower tread, the upper tread is located on the surface of the tread part, the lower tread is disposed below the upper tread, and the ratio of the thickness H1 of the lower tread to the total thickness H0 of the upper tread and the lower tread meets the condition that H1/H0 is greater than or equal to 0.2 and less than or equal to 0.6; and the lower tread is subjected to foaming treatment, the foaming porosity is controlled to be 1%-5%, and the foaming aperture is 0.5-5 microns. The lower tread part of the tire is subjected to micro-foaming, so that the noise of the tire is reduced.

    本发明涉及轮胎制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有轮胎噪音降低系统的充气轮胎。一种具有轮胎噪音降低系统的充气轮胎,包括胎面、胎圈、胎侧、胎体层和配置在所述胎体层的径向外侧的带束层,胎面由上胎面和下胎面构成,上胎面位于胎面部的表面,下胎面配置在所述上胎面的下层,下胎面的厚度H1与上下胎面总厚度H0的比值,0.2≤H1/H0≤0.6;所述的下胎面进行发泡处理,发泡孔隙率控制在1%‑5%之间,发泡孔径在0.5μm‑5μm之间。本发明轮胎的下胎面部分进行微发泡,降低了轮胎噪音。
