Provided is a tyre noise reduction device which is capable of suppressing plastic deformation of a band member due to large tension and the heat of a tyre even when travelling at high speed and is capable of sufficiently exhibiting a noise reduction performance. The tyre noise reduction device (1) has sound-absorbing material (2) comprising porous bodies, has the band member (3) comprising a thermoplastic resin annularly formed along the tyre circumferential direction for mounting the sound-absorbing material to the tyre inner surface, and has band joining sections (4) in important places at which the band member and joining members (5) are joined to the sound-absorbing material as a result of the sound-absorbing material being sandwiched by the band member and the joining members bent into a concave cross-sectional shape. The band width (WB) (mm) of the band member and the length (WY) (mm) in the band width direction of the band joining sections satisfy formula (a), and the yield strength of a band section in a band joining position is 320 N or more in an 80°C environment. 0.01 < WY/WB < 0.75....(a)
