The noise reduction pneumatic tire is simple in structure, the tip parts of wedge sound absorption pieces fixed in acavity of the tire are matched with the air characteristic impedance; through the wedge forms of the sound absorption pieces, under the condition that the projection areas are the same, the effectivesound absorption areas of the sound absorption pieces are increased, the heights of the wedge sound absorption pieces accounts for a large proportion of the radial height of the tire cavity; the effect of isolating the mode is achieved in the cavity of the tire; the dispersion of cavity energy is realized; meanwhile, the sound absorption pieces are uniformly arranged in the tire at intervals; onone hand, the material consumption of the wedge sound absorption pieces is reduced; therefore, the weight of the tire is reduced, on the other hand, the hardness, the flexibility and other propertiesof the tire are not obviously influenced, the original properties of the tire are reserved, the running stability of an automobile is kept to a certain extent, and compared with the mode that a poroussound absorption partition plate is arranged in a tire cavity in the prior art, the noise reduction effect on the tire is better, and more materials of the sound absorption pieces are saved.

    本发明公开了一种降噪充气轮胎,涉及轮胎领域,本发明结构简单,轮胎空腔内固定的尖劈吸声件的尖部与空气特性阻抗相匹配,通过吸声件的尖劈形式,在投影面积相同的情况下,增大了吸声件的有效吸声面积,且尖劈吸声件的高度占轮胎空腔径向高度的较大比例,在轮胎空腔内起到隔断模态的作用,实现空腔能量的分散,同时吸声件间隔均匀的布置在轮胎内,一方面减少了尖劈吸声件的材料用量,从而减少了轮胎重量,另一方面对轮胎本身硬度、柔性等属性无明显影响,保留了轮胎的原有属性,在一定程度上保持了汽车行驶的稳定性,相较于现有技术中在轮胎空腔设置多孔吸声隔板的方式,本发明对轮胎的降噪效果更好,更节省吸声件的用料。
