The invention discloses a magnetic levitation vehicle and a brake clamp thereof. The brake clamp comprises two brake pads which are oppositely arranged; a clamp body which is provided with a driving mechanism capable of driving at least one brake pad to move so as to change the distance between the two brake pads; two dovetail plates which are arranged to be opposite to each other, wherein one side of each dovetail plate is connected with the driving end of a driving mechanism through a dovetail sliding groove, and the other side is provided with a brake pad; two pull rods which are hinged to the dovetail plates in a one-to-one correspondence manner; a first insulation structure which is used for realizing mutual insulation between the clamp body and the brake pad; and a second insulation structure which realizes mutual insulation between the pull rods and the brake pads. Insulation treatment is conducted on the brake clamp, and mutual insulation between the clamp body and the brake pad is achieved through the first insulation structure; mutual insulation between the pull rod and the brake pad is achieved through the second insulation structure, vehicle body charges can be prevented from being guided into the brake clamp, the problem that electric sparks are generated due to the fact that the clamp and a ground rail form a conduction loop is solved, and then the running safety of the magnetic levitation vehicle is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种磁悬浮车辆及其制动夹钳,制动夹钳包括相对设置的两个闸片;钳体,钳体上设置有能够至少驱动一个闸片移动,以实现两个闸片间距的改变的驱动机构;相对设置的两个燕尾板,燕尾板的一侧通过燕尾滑槽与驱动机构的驱动端连接,另一侧设置闸片;与燕尾板一一对应铰接的两个拉杆;实现钳体与闸片之间相互绝缘的第一绝缘结构;实现拉杆与闸片之间相互绝缘的第二绝缘结构。本发明对制动夹钳进行绝缘处理,利用第一绝缘结构实现钳体与闸片之间的相互绝缘;利用第二绝缘结构实现拉杆与闸片之间的相互绝缘,能够防止车体电荷导入制动夹钳,解决了夹钳与地面轨道形成导通回路产生电火花的问题,进而保证了磁悬浮车辆运行的安全性。
