The invention provides a brake clamp device of a magnetic levitation vehicle. The brake clamp device of the magnetic levitation vehicle comprises a brake rod structure and a driving mechanism. The brake rod structure comprises two clamp arms which are oppositely arranged, the first ends of the two clamp arms are each provided with a brake pad, two connecting rods are arranged in the middle portions of the two clamp arms, the two connecting rods can penetrate a frame, located below a rail, of the magnetic levitation vehicle, and the two ends of the two connecting rods are hinged to the two clamp arms respectively. The two ends of the driving mechanism are hinged to the second ends of the clamp arms respectively, so that the two clamp arms are driven to rotate with the two ends of the connecting rods as the supporting points, and the brake pads at the first ends of the two clamp arms clamp the rail. Safe parking of the magnetic levitation vehicle can be ensured, a connecting mechanism of the simple structure is adopted, the structure is simple, and the cost is low.
