The invention discloses a speed reducing mechanism based on a compound planetary gear train high-speed wheel-side motor driving system. The mechanism comprises a motor mechanism, a duplex planetary gear train mechanism and a wheel mechanism; the wheel mechanism comprises a hub; and the duplex planetary gear train mechanism comprises a speed reducer shell, a sun gear, a duplex planetary gear, a combined planet carrier, a first-stage gear ring, a second-stage gear ring and a second-stage gear ring output shaft. The sun gear receives the rotating speed and the torque from a motor and transmits power to the duplex planetary gear through gear meshing, the first-stage gear ring is fixed to the speed reducer shell, the duplex planetary gear conducts revolution and rotation motion to transmit the power to the second-stage gear ring, and the second-stage gear ring is meshed with the inner gear and the outer gear of the second-stage gear ring output shaft to output power. After the hub receives power, the wheel rotates, and then the wheel runs. Due to the fact that the number of input gear teeth in the duplex planetary gear is larger than that of output gear teeth, the mechanism can achieve the stable speed reduction function.
本发明公开了一种基于复合行星轮系高速轮边电机驱动系统减速机构,包括电机机构、双联行星齿轮系机构、车轮机构;车轮机构包括轮毂;双联行星齿轮系机构包括减速器壳体、太阳轮、双联行星齿轮、组合式行星架、第一级齿圈、第二级齿圈、第二级齿圈输出轴。太阳轮接受来自电机的转速和扭矩,并将动力通过齿轮啮合传递到双联行星齿轮上,由于第一级齿圈固定在减速器壳体上,双联行星齿轮做公转以及自转运动,将动力传递到第二级齿圈,第二级齿圈通过与第二级齿圈输出轴内外齿轮啮合输出动力。轮毂接受到动力后实现车轮转动,进而使车轮运转。本发明中因为双联行星齿轮中输入轮齿数大于输出轮齿数,所以该机构可以实现稳定的减速功能。
