The invention provides an automobile brake and a matching method, and relates to the technical field of automobile braking. The automotive brake comprises two groups of front brake assemblies (1) and two groups of rear brake assemblies (2), wherein the front brake assemblies (1) and the rear brake assemblies (2) are both bidirectional self-boosting hydraulic brakes. The matching method comprises the steps of calculating synchronous adhesion coefficients, adhesion force, adhesion moment, brake oil pressure and brake deceleration of no load and full load, and comparing a test result with a calculation theoretical value. According to the automobile brake, a high braking efficiency factor can be achieved, large braking force can be exerted, the braking performance requirement of the total mass of 5-6 tons is met, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced on the premise of the same performance.

    本发明提供一种汽车制动器及匹配方法,涉及汽车制动技术领域。该汽车制动器包括两组前制动器总成(1)和两组后制动器总成(2),所述前制动器总成(1)和后制动器总成(2)均为双向自增力式液压制动器。该匹配方法包括计算空载和满载的同步附着系数、附着力、附着力矩、制动油压、制动减速度以及对试验结果和计算理论值进行比较。本发明能具有高制动效能因数、能发挥出较大的制动力,满足总质量五吨至六吨的制动性能需求,并能在同等性能的前提下降低制造成本。
