The invention discloses a parallel operation charging network topology structure of a charger system and a charging control method. The parallel operation charging network topology structure comprises a four-in four-out power unit and a control unit CMU. The four-input four-output power unit comprises four power input ends and four power output ends, the four power input ends are respectively connected with the corresponding power modules, and the four power output ends are respectively connected with the corresponding charging terminals; the CMU control unit is connected with a control system TMU and used for communicating with a vehicle BMS through the control system TMU, receiving a power request of the vehicle BMS and distributing power modules. And two 120-kw double-gun charging systems are interconnected and intercommunicated. The power of the whole cabinet is expanded to 240kw, the output power of a single gun is expanded to 60kw, 120kw, 180kw and 240kw from the original 60kw and 120kw, the requirements of vehicles under different powers can be met, and the utilization rate of the system and the utilization rate of the module are increased.

    本发明公开了一种充电机系统的并机充电网络拓扑结构及充电控制方法,并机充电网络拓扑结构包括四进四出功率单元和控制单元CMU;四进四出功率单元包括四路功率输入端、四路功率输出端,四路功率输入端分别连接对应的功率模块,四路功率输出端分别连接对应的充电端;CMU控制单元连接有控制系统TMU,用于通过控制系统TMU与车辆BMS通讯,接收车辆BMS的功率请求并分配功率模块。互联互通两个120kw双枪充电系统。实现整体一个机柜功率扩容到240kw,其中单枪的可输出功率由原来的60kw、120kw扩大到60kw、120kw、180kw和240kw,可满足不同功率下的车辆需求,增大了系统的利用率和模块利用率。
