The invention provides a charging topology network, a charging control system and a charging control method, and belongs to the technical field of circuits. The charging topology network can comprisea plurality of groups of charging power units, a plurality of groups of second direct current contactors and a plurality of groups of main direct current contactors; the plurality of groups of charging power units comprise at least two groups of first charging power units; each group of first charging power units is electrically connected with at least one group of first direct current contactors;the plurality of groups of first direct current contactors are connected in series to form an annular structure; each group of charging power units is electrically connected with a charging gun through a group of main direct current contactors; and each group of first charging power units is electrically connected with the main direct current contactors connected with one group of other first charging power units on the annular structure through one group of second direct current contactors; and each group of first charging power units and the other first charging power units are spaced by atleast one group of first charging power units. Therefore, a power obtaining mode is more flexible, and the number of the direct current contactors and the cost of charging equipment are reduced.
