To provide a charging control system capable of more efficiently perform charging by utilizing power to a maximum extent within a range not exceeding a contract power value.SOLUTION: A charging control system includes: power receiving facilities in which a predetermined contract power value is set; a plurality of charging devices each of which is connected to the power receiving facilities and capable of charging an electric vehicle; and a control unit capable of communicating with the power receiving facilities and the plurality of charging devices and setting a maximum output power value at the time of charging each charging device so as not to exceed the contract power value. When a first electric vehicle is connected to a first charging device in the plurality of charging devices, the control unit sets a smaller one of a required power value of the first electric vehicle and an output power upper limit value of the first charging device at a maximum output power value of the first charging device to determine whether or not an amount of total power use including a sum of the maximum output power values of all the charging devices to which the electric vehicle is connected exceeds the contract power value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
