The invention discloses a charging and discharging circuit, a battery pack and an electric vehicle, and the charging and discharging circuit comprises a battery module which comprises a module, and a contactor module comprising a contactor arranged between the modules and connected with the modules to form a charging and discharging circuit; the charging and discharging circuit comprises a high-voltage circuit and a low-voltage circuit, and switching between the high-voltage circuit and the low-voltage circuit is controlled by controlling the working state of the contactor. According to the technical scheme, the contactors and other electric devices are arranged in the modules or among the modules, switching and application between a low-voltage platform and a high-voltage platform are achieved, selection of multiple working states is achieved, multiple systems can be matched, and then different modes and performance improvement are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种充放电电路、电池包以及电动汽车,所述充放电电路,包括:电池模块,所述电池模块包括模组;接触器模块,所述接触器模块包括接触器,所述接触器设置在所述模组之间并与所述模组连接,形成充放电电路;所述充放电电路包括高电压电路和低电压电路,通过控制所述接触器的工作状态控制所述高电压电路与低电压电路之间的转换。本发明的技术方案,通过在模组或模块间设置接触器等电器件,实现低电压平台与高电压平台之间的切换和应用,实现多个工作状态的选择,可匹配多个系统,进而实现不同模式和性能提升。
