The invention provides a charging circuit for a battery pack of an electric vehicle and the electric vehicle. The charging circuit comprises an input end group, wherein the input end group comprises a high-voltage input terminal, a low-voltage input terminal and a negative terminal; a switch group comprising a double-pole double-throw switch and a connecting end, wherein the connecting end comprises a first control end group and a second control end group which are electrically connected with the input end group. The battery pack of the electric vehicle comprises a first battery and a second battery, two ends of one of the first battery and the second battery are connected with a fixed end group of the double-pole double-throw switch, and two ends of the other one are connected with an input end group; when the double-pole double-throw switch is switched between the first control end group and the second control end group, the first battery and the second battery are switched between a series connection state and a parallel connection state, so that the first battery and the second battery are switched between a high-voltage charging input and a low-voltage charging input which are received from the direct-current charging seat. After the technical scheme is adopted, the hardware cost can be reduced, and the compatibility of different direct current charging piles is improved.

    本发明提供了一种用于电动汽车电池组的充电电路及电动汽车,充电电路包括输入端组,输入端组包括高压输入端子、低压输入端子及负极端子;开关组,包括双刀双掷开关和连接端,连接端包括与输入端组电连接的第一控制端组和第二控制端组;电动汽车电池组包括第一电池和第二电池,第一电池和第二电池之一的两端与双刀双掷开关的固定端组连接,另一的两端与输入端组连接;当双刀双掷开关于第一控制端组和第二控制端组间切换时,第一电池和第二电池于串联状态和并联状态间切换,使得第一电池和第二电池于自直流充电座接收高压充电输入和低压充电输入间切换。采用上述技术方案后,可以较少的硬件成本,增加了对不同直流充电桩的兼容性。
