Provided are a charging and discharging control apparatus, a dual battery pack system, an electric vehicle and a charging and discharging control method. The purpose of the charging and discharging control apparatus, according to the present invention, is to control charging and discharging of a dual battery pack system comprising a first battery pack and a second battery pack, wherein the charging and discharging control apparatus comprises: a first relay connected between the first battery pack and a load; a second relay connected between the second battery pack and the load; a DC/DC converter connected between the second battery pack and the load; a voltage measuring unit for measuring a first pack voltage of the first battery pack and a second pack voltage of the second battery pack; and a control unit for controlling the first relay, the second relay, and the DC/DC converter. The control unit, while operating in a discharge sequence control mode, controls the DC/DC converter to be in a turned-on state during a voltage-needs-to-be-adjusted period, in which the voltage difference between the first pack voltage and the second pack voltage needs to be reduced.

    L'invention concerne un appareil de commande de charge et de décharge, un système de bloc-batterie double, un véhicule électrique et un procédé de commande de charge et de décharge. L'objectif de l'appareil de commande de charge et de décharge, selon la présente invention, est de commander la charge et la décharge d'un système de bloc-batterie double comprenant un premier bloc-batterie et un second bloc-batterie, l'appareil de commande de charge et de décharge comprenant : un premier relais connecté entre le premier bloc-batterie et une charge ; un second relais connecté entre le second bloc-batterie et la charge ; un convertisseur CC/CC connecté entre le second bloc-batterie et la charge ; une unité de mesure de tension destinée à mesurer une première tension de bloc du premier bloc-batterie et une seconde tension de bloc du second bloc-batterie ; et une unité de commande destinée à commander le premier relais, le second relais et le convertisseur CC/CC. L'unité de commande, tout en fonctionnant dans un mode de commande de séquence de décharge, commande le convertisseur CC/CC pour qu'il soit dans un état allumé pendant une période de tension à ajuster, dans laquelle la différence de tension entre la première tension de bloc et la seconde tension de bloc doit être réduite.

    충방전 제어 장치, 듀얼 배터리 팩 시스템, 전기 차량 및 충방전 제어 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 충방전 제어 장치는, 제1 배터리 팩과 제2 배터리 팩을 포함하는 듀얼 배터리 팩 시스템의 충방전을 제어하기 위한 것으로서, 상기 제1 배터리 팩과 부하 간에 연결되는 제1 릴레이; 상기 제2 배터리 팩과 상기 부하 간에 연결되는 제2 릴레이, 상기 제2 배터리 팩과 상기 부하 간에 연결되는 DC/DC 컨버터, 상기 제1 배터리 팩의 제1 팩 전압과 상기 제2 배터리 팩의 제2 팩 전압을 측정하는 전압 측정부, 및 상기 제1 릴레이, 상기 제2 릴레이 및 상기 DC/DC 컨버터를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다. 상기 제어부는, 방전 시퀀스 제어 모드로 동작 중, 상기 제1 팩 전압과 상기 제2 팩 전압 간의 전압차의 저감이 요구되는 전압 조정 필요 기간 동안 상기 DC/DC 컨버터를 턴 온 상태로 제어한다.
