The anti-collision beam is formed by bending a steel plate and provided with a B-shaped section, and the anti-collision beam is composed of an upper side plate, a right side plate, a lower side plate, a left side plate and a partition plate connected between the upper side plate and the lower side plate, the lower side plate is at least provided with a concave reinforcing rib; an opening formed by bending steel plates is formed in the middle of the upper edge plate, the steel plates on the two sides of the opening are bent inwards by 90 degrees respectively, the steel plate on one side is bent to form a short stub bar, and the steel plate on the other side is bent to form a long partition plate; the lower portion of the partition plate abuts against one side of the reinforcing rib, a first welding seam is formed between the partition plate and the reinforcing rib through welding, and a second welding seam is formed between the partition plate and the material head through welding. The first welding seam formed by welding the partition plate and the reinforcing rib is hidden in a cavity and located behind the reinforcing rib, direct impact on the welding seam is avoided during collision, and a welding seam failure is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种高强度钢防撞横梁及其成型方法,属于防撞横梁技术领域。它是由一张钢板弯折成的日字型截面的防撞横梁,所述防撞横梁由围成矩形的上边板、右边板、下边板、左边板,以及连接在上边板、下边板之间的隔板构成;所述下边板至少设有一道内凹的加强筋;所述上边板中部为钢板弯折的开口,开口两侧的钢板分别向内弯曲90°,一侧钢板弯折后形成较短的料头,另一侧钢板弯折后形成较长的隔板;所述隔板下部抵靠在加强筋一侧,隔板与加强筋之间通过焊接形成第一焊缝,隔板与料头之间通过焊接形成第二焊缝。隔板和加强筋焊接形成的第一焊缝,隐藏在腔体内,处于加强筋后方,撞击时不对焊缝造成直接冲击,避免焊缝失效。
