The invention discloses a high-strength automobile anti-collision beam and an automobile. The beam comprises a beam body and a cross beam and further comprises an elastic buffer mechanism and an energy absorption frame structure. The elastic buffer mechanism and the energy absorption frame structure are arranged between the beam body and the cross beam, and a safety air bag is arranged between the beam body and the cross beam; the elastic buffer mechanism comprises a pair of elastic buffer structures which are oppositely arranged, and the energy absorption frame structure is arranged between the pair of elastic buffer structures; the elastic buffer structure comprises a first-stage elastic buffer structure and a second-stage elastic buffer structure, and the first-stage elastic buffer structure and the second-stage elastic buffer structure are transversely arranged at intervals. The anti-collision beam is high in structural strength and good in buffering and energy absorbing performance, and the safety of internal personnel can be guaranteed to the maximum extent.
