The invention discloses an automobile anti-collision steel beam. The automobile anti-collision steel beam comprises a basic part fixed on an automobile main body, one or more hollow positioning cavities are formed in the basic part side by side, a clamping plate is fixedly mounted on each of two sides of the basic part, a spliced anti-collision beam is mounted between the two clamping plates, theanti-collision beam comprises one or more anti-collision part and an outer protective layer, the one or more anti-collision parts are spliced with one another and are filled in an assembly cavity between the outer protective layers, each anti-collision part is wrapped and clamped with the outer protective layer on the outer side, each anti-collision part is opposite to one positioning cavity, a spring is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of each positioning cavity, and the springs are connected with the anti-collision parts after being stretched. According to the automobile steel beam, under the condition that the number of structures is not increased excessively, impact can be effectively absorbed, secondary protection is conducted through the smashed structure after impact, and the impact resistance is improved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车防撞钢梁,包括一固定在汽车主体上的基础件,基础件内部并排设置有一个以上镂空的定位腔,基础件的两侧分别固定安装一夹板,两夹板之间安装有一拼接式的防撞梁,防撞梁包括一个以上的防撞部以及外保护层,一个以上的防撞部之间互相拼接,并填入于外保护层之间的装配腔内,各防撞部通过外侧的外保护层包裹夹紧,每个防撞部正对一个定位腔,定位腔底面固定安装有弹簧,弹簧拉伸后与防撞部连接。本发明的汽车钢梁,其在不过多增加结构的情况下,能够有效吸收撞击,并在撞击后利用粉碎的结构进行二次防护,增加抗冲击能力。
