The invention relates to a detection method and equipment for slipping of a portal crane and a belt and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: controlling the portal crane to execute a first detection process to obtain first position data and second position data of the portal crane in the first detection process; based on the first position data and the second position data, determining a first rotating distance of the portal crane in the first detection process; acquiring a first moving distance of the belt when an elevator car door completes a complete door opening or closing action in the first detection process; according to the first rotating distance and the first moving distance, determining the slipping distance between the portal crane and the belt; and comparing the slipping distance with a preset threshold value, and determining the detection result of slipping of the portal crane and the belt according to the comparison result. The equipment and the storage medium can realize the method. The first detection torque is actively applied through the portal crane, so that the accuracy of sliding early warning of the portal crane and the belt can be improved.
