The strategy at least comprises the following steps of calculating the pre-tracing curvature of a front road; obtaining the transverse acceleration corresponding to the pre-tracing curvature at different longitudinal speeds, and comparing the transverse acceleration with the safe acceleration in real time to obtain the maximum transverse acceleration; and calculating the maximum steering wheel turning angle corresponding to different longitudinal speeds and the maximum transverse acceleration in real time. According to the motion control safety monitoring and correcting strategy, the turning angle threshold value of the steering wheel can be calculated and determined in real time according to the road condition and the vehicle condition, it is guaranteed that the steering wheel does not exceed the turning angle threshold value in the rotating process, and the vehicle is in a comfortable and safe state all the time.
