The invention relates to a hydraulic full-decoupling electric control brake assisting system and method, and belongs to the field of automobile braking. The system comprises a double-cavity main cylinder, a main cylinder hydraulic sensor, a pedal simulator, a displacement sensor, a main pressurization mechanism, a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a third electromagnetic valve, a fourth electromagnetic valve, a fifth electromagnetic valve, a pressurization cylinder hydraulic sensor, a liquid storage tank and a brake pedal. The system has the advantages that the structure is novel, the system belongs to an electric control brake boosting system, a piston is directly or indirectly pushed, then brake fluid is pushed through the piston to form pipeline hydraulic pressure, and braking force is brought to assist a driver in braking; the whole system is split, the electric control power assisting part and the ESC/ABS are two independent parts, the two parts can conduct redundant braking mutually, and the reliability is enhanced; and hydraulic full decoupling is adopted, hydraulic output logic is switched through logic switches of the electromagnetic valves, active braking can be achieved, functional application such as braking energy recovery and automatic driving can be better facilitated, and the system is the trend of future service braking system development.
