The system comprises a pedal energy recycling mechanism and a motor boosting mechanism, a small hydraulic cylinder in the pedal energy recycling mechanism converts energy generated when a driver steps on a brake pedal into pressure energy to be stored in an energy accumulator, high-pressure oil in the energy accumulator participates in establishment of brake pressure under a certain condition, and a simulation spring is used for simulating the traditional pedal feeling. The motor assisting mechanism pushes the main cylinder pedal through the transmission mechanism to establish braking pressure. The full-decoupling electronic/hydraulic boosting system is suitable for a regenerative braking system and an active braking system of the electric automobile, and the pedal feeling can be kept unchanged in the braking process; brake pedal treading energy of a driver can be stored and utilized, and the energy utilization rate of a brake system can be remarkably increased in the long-term use process; and a safebackup function under a failure condition is realized.
