The invention provides a storage battery control system and a storage battery control program, which can determine the surplus value of a storage battery according to the control content of the storage battery and return the surplus value of the storage battery to a user. The battery control system is provided with: an electric vehicle (10) provided with a battery (40), a communication device (50), a battery control unit (36), and a display device (60); and a server device (300). The storage battery control unit (36) restricts the partial function of the storage battery (40) and controls the charging and discharging of the storage battery (40), and releases the restriction of the partial function of the storage battery (40) by inputting a restriction release key, and the display device (60) displays information on the partial function of the storage battery (40) restricted by the storage battery control unit (36). The server device (300) has a receiving unit (310) that receives the restriction release request transmitted from the communication device (50), and a transmitting unit (320) that transmits the restriction release key to the communication device (50).

    本发明提供一种蓄电池控制系统和蓄电池控制程序,其能够根据蓄电池的控制内容来确定蓄电池的剩余价值,并将蓄电池的剩余价值返还给用户。本发明的蓄电池控制系统,具备:电动车辆10,其具备蓄电池40、通信装置50、蓄电池控制部36及显示装置60;及,服务器装置300;其中,蓄电池控制部36限制蓄电池40的部分功能并进行蓄电池40的充放电控制,并藉由输入限制解除密钥,解除蓄电池40的部分功能的限制,并且,显示装置60显示关于被蓄电池控制部36限制的蓄电池40的部分功能的信息,服务器装置300具有接受从通信装置50发送的限制解除请求的接受部310、及对通信装置50发送限制解除密钥的发送部320。
