PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve input characteristics for charging of a lithium ion battery.SOLUTION: A storage battery control system 11 includes a generator 12, a valve 15 and a first controller 19. The valve 15 is provided in an exhaust tube 27. The first controller 19 acquires vehicle information and first charge information. The first controller 19 outputs opening command of the valve 15 when the generator is in a power generation state and a measured value of the charging current to a lithium ion battery 20 is less than a current threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
