The invention discloses an electric vehicle high-voltage line fault detection system, an electric vehicle high-voltage line fault detection method, an operation control device and a computer readable storage medium, and the electric vehicle high-voltage line fault detection system comprises a high-voltage battery, a high-voltage component, a CAN bus, a vehicle control unit, an instrument and a real-time monitoring system. The CAN bus is respectively connected with the high-voltage battery, the high-voltage component, the vehicle control unit, the instrument and the real-time monitoring system; the vehicle control unit obtains battery voltage and component voltage, the battery voltage is the voltage of the connection point of the high-voltage battery and the high-voltage wire harness, and the component voltage is the voltage of the connection point of the high-voltage component and the high-voltage wire harness; if the voltage difference value between the battery voltage and the component voltage is larger than a preset threshold value, the vehicle control unit sends fault information to the instrument and the real-time monitoring system through a CAN bus, controls the instrument to lighten a fault lamp and controls the real-time monitoring system to send the fault information to a server; and safety accidents of vehicles due to line problems are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车高压线路故障检测系统、电动汽车高压线路故障检测方法、运行控制装置及计算机可读存储介质,电动汽车高压线路故障检测系统包括高压电池、高压部品、CAN总线、整车控制器、仪表和实时监控系统,CAN总线分别与高压电池、高压部品、整车控制器、仪表、实时监控系统连接;整车控制器获取电池电压和部品电压,电池电压为高压电池和高压线束的连接点电压,部品电压为高压部品与高压线束的连接点电压;若电池电压与部品电压的电压差值大于预设阈值,整车控制器通过CAN总线发送故障信息至仪表和实时监控系统,控制仪表点亮故障灯以及控制实时监控系统向服务器发送故障信息;避免车辆因线路问题出现安全事故。
