The invention belongs to the field of steel plate hoisting, and particularly relates to asymmetric steel plate hoisting equipment. The asymmetric steel plate hoisting equipment comprises a hoisting cylinder, a plurality of winding wheels, an electric drive module, hoisting ropes B and a fixture mechanism, the hoisting cylinder is mounted on a hoisting rope A of a crane, and the multiple winding wheels which are driven by the electric drive module are mounted in the hoisting cylinder and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and the central axis of each winding wheel is perpendicular to the central axis of the hoisting cylinder. According to the asymmetric steel plate hoisting equipment, the gravity center of a hoisted asymmetric irregular steel plate is located on the central axis of the hoisting cylinder and the steel plate is in a horizontal state by sequentially adjusting the expansion and contraction amount of each hoisting rope B, the situation that part of clamp mechanisms are damaged due to the fact that the asymmetric steel plate swings around the gravity center due to center-of-gravity shift is avoided, and high safety is achieved; and meanwhile, the asymmetric steel plate in the hoisting process is in a horizontal state under the action of the device, so that the situation that the ground is seriously damaged due to inclination of the steel plate after the steel plate falls off is avoided.

    本发明属于钢板吊装领域,尤其涉及一种非对称钢板的吊装设备,它包括吊筒、缠绕轮、电驱模块、吊绳B、卡具机构,其中吊筒安装于吊车吊绳A上,吊筒内安装有周向均匀分布且中心轴线与吊筒中心轴线垂直的若干被电驱模块驱动的缠绕轮;本发明通过依次调整各个吊绳B的伸缩量来使得被吊起的非对称不规则钢板的重心位于吊筒中心轴线上且使得钢板处于水平状态,避免非对称钢板因重心偏移绕重心发生摆动而对部分卡具机构产生破坏,具有较高的安全性。同时,处于吊装过程中的非对称钢板在本发明的作用下处于水平状态,保证钢板掉落后不会因其倾斜对地面造成严重破坏。
