The invention provides an auxiliary device for hoisting a steel plate by hoisting equipment and a construction method. The auxiliary device comprises a balance beam and positive clamps, the balance beam is hoisted on the hoisting equipment, the positive clamps are connected to the balance beam and are in groups, each group is provided with two positive clamps, bayonets of the corresponding two positive clamps are arranged oppositely, and the corresponding two positive clamps are symmetrically arranged about the gravity center of the balance beam and are used for fixing and stabilizing the steel plate. The hoisting balance structure has the advantages that the form is simple, a needed material is single, manufacture is convenient and fast, and the operability and practicability are high. The construction method for the device has the advantages that the construction efficiency of steel plate hoisting is greatly improved, meanwhile, the hoisting safety and stability are improved, the accident rate of steel plate hoisting is decreased, meanwhile, the requirements for simple manufacturing materials and low cost are met, in addition, the requirements for construction quality, safety and progress can be met, the cost is low, and the effect is good.

    本发明提供一种用于起重设备吊装钢板的辅助装置,包括平衡梁和正卡,所述平衡梁吊装在起重设备上,所述正卡与平衡梁连接,所述正卡以组为单位,每组设置有两个正卡,两个正卡的卡口相对设置,且两个正卡之间关于平衡梁的重心对称设置,所述正卡用于固定和稳定钢板。本发明中的吊装平衡结构具有形式简单,所需材料单一,制作方便快捷,可操作性和实用性强的优点。本装置的施工方法对于钢板的吊装不仅大大提高了施工效率,同时也提高了吊装的安全稳定性,降低了钢板吊装的事故发生率,同时满足所需制作材料简单,成本低廉,具有满足施工质量、安全和进度要求,成本低、效果好的优点。
