The invention discloses a roadside parking linkage management method and system based on a high-position video, and the method comprises the steps: S1, recognizing a target vehicle entering a target region through a high-position video, starting an illegal parking discrimination unit in a linkage manner, judging whether the target vehicle is illegally parked or not, synchronously generating a non-illegal parking identifier and an illegal parking identifier, and feeding back the non-illegal parking identifier and the illegal parking identifier to a charging unit and a prompt unit; and S2, a prompt unit receiving the illegal parking identifier and playing prompt voice to remind the target vehicle to transfer until an illegal parking judgment unit judges that the target vehicle has a non-illegal parking identifier, and a charging unit receiving the non-illegal parking identifier and synchronously starting to calculate the parking duration and the parking fee of the target vehicle. According to the invention, the laser reflection function is utilized to accurately judge whether the parking space is occupied or not, the parking management precision of the target vehicle is improved, the vehicle is effectively supervised, the target vehicle is reasonably persuaded, and traffic management notification is carried out on the vehicle which is not persuaded, so that the problem of disordered parking is effectively solved, and the road smoothness is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于高位视频路边停车联动管理方法及系统,步骤S1、利用高位视频识别驶入目标区域内的目标车辆,并联动开启违停判别单元判断目标车辆违停与否同步生成非违停标识和违停标识分别反馈至计费单元和提示单元;步骤S2、提示单元接收到违停标识播放提示语音提醒目标车辆转移直至违停判别单元判别目标车辆具有非违停标识,计费单元接收到非违停标识同步开启计算目标车辆的停车时长和停车费用。本发明利用利用激光反射功能,准确判断车位是否被占用,提高了目标车辆停车管理的精度,对车辆进行有效监管,同时对目标车辆进行合理劝阻,对劝阻未果的车辆进行交管通报,以有效的解决乱停车的问题,保障道路畅通。
