The invention discloses a roadside parking space reservation method based on a high-position video, and relates to the field of intelligent parking. The method specifically comprises the steps of: acquiring a plurality of continuous video frames collected by high-position video equipment, segmenting a parking space region in the video frames, and determining whether a vehicle is parked in the region or not; if the vehicle is parked in the region, identifying wheel landing point positions of the parking vehicle, and determining whether a parking space is occupied or not according to the position coordinates of the wheel landing points; if the parking space is occupied, determining whether a vehicle occupying the parking space is a reserved vehicle, and if not, guiding a vehicle owner according to a reservation rule; and if the parking space is idle, carrying out parking space reservation through utilizing the reservation rule. According to the roadside parking space reservation method based on the high-position video, effective utilization of roadside parking resources is achieved, meanwhile, appropriate parking spaces are recommended according to real-time road condition information to be selected by vehicle owners, parking convenience is provided for the vehicle owners, meanwhile, travel time is saved, and the blank of the parking space sharing and reservation technology of a roadside open type parking lot is filled up.

    本发明公开一种基于高位视频的路侧停车泊位预约方法,涉及智慧停车领域,具体包括:获取高位视频设备采集的连续多个视频帧,分割视频帧中的泊位区域确认该区域是否有车辆停靠;若有车辆停靠,识别泊位车辆的车轮着地点位置,并根据车轮着地点的位置坐标确认泊位是否被占用;若泊位被占用,则确认占用泊位的车辆是否为已预约的车辆,若不是,则根据预约规则对车主进行引导;若泊位空闲,则通过预约规则进行车位预约。采用本发明提供的基于高位视频的路侧泊位预约方法,实现路侧停车资源的有效利用,同时根据实时的路况信息推荐合适的车位供车主选择,为车主提供停车便利的同时,节省出行时间,弥补路侧开放式停车场车位共享与预约技术的空白。
