The invention relates to an off-site law violation management method and system based on roadside parking high-position video equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining image data of roadside parking high-position video equipment; acquiring driving direction information of the vehicle by the vehicle based on the image data; setting a time interval for dynamically adjusting illegal parking snapshot according to the road congestion condition of the current road section and the time range of passing in the morning and evening; performing traffic violation behavior detection according to a preset violation type and lane information; uploading illegal data to an illegal parking management server for vehicles with traffic illegal behaviors; and carrying out secondary verification on the illegal data and then synchronizing the illegal data to a traffic intranet to generate an illegal record for law enforcement. The method depends on the established roadside parking high-positionvideo equipment, has the effects of strong overall coverage capability, high comprehensive utility and investment saving, can improve the dynamic and static traffic management efficiency, facilitatesthe overall management of the whole dynamic and static traffic, and improves the law enforcement efficiency.

    本发明涉及一种基于路侧停车高位视频设备的非现场违法管理方法及系统,其中,该方法包括:获取路侧停车高位视频设备的图像数据;基于图像数据进行车辆获取车辆的行驶方向信息;根据当前路段道路拥堵情况及早晚通行的时间范围,设置动态调整违停抓拍的时间间隔;根据预设的违法类型及车道信息进行交通违法行为检测;对于有交通违法行为的车辆,将违法数据上传至违停管理服务器;对违法数据进行二次校验后同步至交通内网中生成用于执法的违法记录。本发明依托已经建立好的路侧停车高位视频设备,具有整体覆盖能力强,综合效用高,节省投资的效果,能够提高动静态交通治理效率,便于整个动静态交通的统筹管理,提高执法效率。
