The invention discloses a hoisting mechanical arm for building construction and a using method. The hoisting mechanical arm comprises a platform plate connected with a building. The platform plate is provided with a mounting platform for mounting hoisting equipment such as a winch. The mounting platform and the platform plate are of an integrated structure and are obtained in an overall cutting mode. Two rotating seats are arranged at the top of the platform plate. The rotating seats and the platform plate are connected in a welded mode. The rotating seats are matched with supporting arms. Connecting rods are welded between the ends, away from the rotating seats, of the two supporting arms. The wall thickness of the connecting rods is not larger than that of the supporting arms. In the hoisting mechanical arm, the position of a sliding plate is adjustable, the distance between a rope and the building can be adjusted through position adjustment of the sliding plate, and the hoisting requirements of building materials with different lengths are met; and adjustment is facilitated, and adjustment can be achieved only by driving a lead screw to rotate.

    本发明公开了一种建筑施工用的吊装机械臂及使用方法,包括连接建筑物的平台板;所述平台板具有一个安装卷扬机等提升设备用的安装平台,安装平台和平台板为一体式结构,采用整体切割的方式获得。在所述平台板的顶部设置有两个旋转座,旋转座和平台板之间采用焊接的方式连接。通过所述旋转座配合有支臂;在两根所述支臂远离所述旋转座的那一端之间焊接有连杆;连杆的壁厚不大于支臂的壁厚;本装置中,滑板的位置是可调节的,通过滑板的位置调节可以调节绳缆与建筑物之间的间距,满足不同长度的建材的起吊需要;且调节十分的方便,只需要驱动丝杠转动即可实现调节。
