The invention discloses an emergency differential speed reducer four-winding-drum driving system for a grab ship unloader. The emergency differential speed reducer four-winding-drum driving system comprises a first differential speed reducer, a second differential speed reducer, a first opening and closing winding drum, a second opening and closing winding drum, a first supporting winding drum, a second supporting winding drum, a first manual clutch, a second manual clutch, a first winding drum driving motor and a second winding drum driving motor. According to the emergency differential speed reducer four-winding-drum driving system, the winding drums driven by the two differential speed reducers are connected with each other through the manual clutches, the clutches are separated during normal work, when one differential speed reducer breaks down, the clutches connect the winding drums of the two differential speed reducers, then temporary emergency driving is conducted through the differential speed reducer which is located on the other side and works normally, thus, opening, closing and lifting of a grab are achieved under the condition that the efficiency is reduced, and accordingly the ship unloading operation is not affected.

    本发明公开了一种抓斗卸船机用应急差动减速机四卷筒驱动系统,包含第一差动减速机、第二差动减速机、第一开闭卷筒、第二开闭卷筒、第一支持卷筒、第二支持卷筒、第一手动离合器、第二手动离合器、第一卷筒驱动电机和第二卷筒驱动电机。本发明通过手动离合器将两台差动减速机驱动的卷筒相互连接,正常工作时离合器分开,当一台差动减速机发生故障的时候,则离合器将两台差动减速机的卷筒连接后通过另一侧的正常工作的差动减速机进行临时的应急驱动,这样在效率降低的情况下实现了抓斗的开合、升降,从而不影响卸船作业。
