The invention discloses an automatic preheating control system during cold start of a fuel cell system. According to the invention, the heated circulating cooling liquid is used for directly heating the interior of a fuel cell stack. The heating mode enables the interior of the whole fuel cell stack to be uniformly heated. According to the invention, a battery management system (BMS) in a power supply can be started to carry out real-time monitoring and safety protection on a battery of the power supply at the same time. In addition, under a warm weather condition, the fuel cell stack does not need to be preheated, but in case that an operator accidentally operates and mistakenly presses a preheating button, the preheating system does not switch on a heater after automatically detecting the related temperature and comparing and judging the related temperature with the related value. According to the invention, misoperation possibly caused by the tedious manual inspection and judgment under various conditions during cold start can be avoided. Therefore, the automatic preheating control system of the invention has the characteristics of quick and simple operation, stable and uniform heating, high efficiency, energy conservation, safety, reliability and the like.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池系统冷启动时的自动预热控制系统,本发明是用加热后的循环冷却液体对燃料电池堆内部进行直接加热。这种加热方式能够使得整个燃料电池堆内部加热均匀。本发明还可以通过启动电源内部的电池管理系统(BMS)同时对该电源电池进行实时监测和安全保护。另外,在温暖的气候条件下,燃料电池堆不需要预热,但是万一由于操作人员不慎误操作,错按该预热按钮的时候,预热系统通过自动检测相关温度并和相关的数值比较判断之后,也不会接通加热器。本发明还可以避免冷启动时各种条件下的繁琐的人工检查和判断而有可能引起的误操作。因此本发明具有操作快速简捷、加热平稳均匀、高效节能、和安全可靠等特点。
