The invention provides a cold start control method and system of a fuel cell system and a fuel cell automobile, and relates to the field of fuel cell system start control, the fuel cell system is provided with a fuel cell stack, and a first circulation loop and a second circulation loop which are respectively connected with the fuel cell stack; the first circulation loop and the second circulation loop are used for cooling the fuel cell stack through cooling liquid; according to the cold start control method of the fuel cell system, valve opening and closing of the first three-way valve and the second three-way valve are controlled by using various control strategies in the fuel cell system, so that the heating capacity of the warm air core body and the heater is fully utilized; the heating efficiency of the circulation loop of the fuel cell system is improved under the condition that the performance parameters of the fuel cell stack are not changed, so that the cold start time is shortened, and the heating requirements of the two loops of the cab and the fuel cell stack can be met at the same time.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池系统的冷启动控制方法、系统及燃料电池汽车,涉及燃料电池系统启动控制领域,该燃料电池系统设置有燃料电池堆、以及分别与燃料电池堆相连接的第一循环回路和第二循环回路;第一循环回路和第二循环回路通过冷却液对燃料电池堆进行降温;该燃料电池系统的冷启动控制方法在上述燃料电池系统中,通过利用多种控制策略对第一三通阀和第二三通阀的阀门开闭进行控制,充分利用暖风芯体和加热器的制热能力,在燃料电池堆性能参数不变的情况下提高了燃料电池系统的循环回路加热效率,从而降低了冷启动的时间,并可同时满足驾驶室和燃料电池堆两个回路的供暖需求。
