The invention belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering machinery, and discloses a tower crane rope arrangement traction mechanism. The tower crane rope arrangement traction mechanism comprises a machine body, a rope arrangement mechanism, a hoisting mechanism, a guide fixed pulley assembly and a walking trolley; the upper portion of the machine body is fixedly connected with the hoisting mechanism; one side of the hoisting mechanism is fixedly connected with the rope arrangement mechanism; the walking trolley is arranged on the other side of the hoisting mechanism; the two ends of the guide fixed pulley assembly are fixedly connected with the machine body; and one side of the hoisting mechanism is in transmission connection with the walking trolley through the rope arrangement mechanism and the guide fixed pulley assembly. Through the machine body, the rope arrangement mechanism, the hoisting mechanism and the guide fixed pulley assembly, the problems that an existing tower crane rope arrangement system is short in winding drum and small in rope capacity, close arrangement of a tower crane for group tower operation is limited due to increase of the rotation radius of the tail of a tower crane, and rope arrangement of the hoisting mechanism is disordered due to rope skipping in the no-load state are solved.

    本发明属于建筑工程机械技术领域,本发明公开了一种塔机排绳牵引机构,包括机身、排绳机构、起升机构、导向定滑轮组件和行走小车,所述机身的上方与起升机构固定连接,所述起升机构的一侧与排绳机构固定连接,所述起升机构的另一侧设置有行走小车,所述导向定滑轮组件的两端与机身固定连接,所述起升机构的一侧通过排绳机构、导向定滑轮组件与行走小车传动连接。本发明通过机身、排绳机构、起升机构和导向定滑轮组件,解决了现有塔机排绳系统短卷筒、小容绳量、塔机尾部回转半径加大限制群塔作业塔式起重机的紧密布置和空载时容易出现跳绳导致起升机构排绳紊乱的问题。
