The invention provides a multi-tool ship maintenance robot. The robot comprises a robot moving body which comprises a body support and a working module installed on the body support. The body support comprises a crawler walking device, a double-row chain wheel and an anti-overturning mechanism. The crawler walking device comprises a magnetic adsorption device and a double-row chain with a bent plate. The double-row chain wheel is mounted on the body support and is matched with the double-row chain on the crawler walking device to form a chain transmission mechanism; the magnetic adsorption device is used for adsorbing a working surface, so that the crawler walking device can drive the body support and the working module to crawl along the working surface; and the working module comprises a cleaning module, a rust removal module and a paint spraying module, and the working module can be combined with the robot moving body to complete different work. According to the method using modular tools, the problems that at present, ship maintenance tools are multiple in variety and not uniform in operation are solved, and the efficiency and the reliability are improved.

    本发明提供一种多工具船舶维修机器人,包括:机器人移动本体,所述机器人移动本体包括本体支架及安装在本体支架上的工作模块;所述本体支架包括履带行走装置,双排链轮和防倾覆机构,所述履带行走装置包括磁吸附装置和带弯板的双排链条;所述双排链轮安装在本体支架上,和履带行走装置上的双排链条相配合,组成链传动机构;所述磁吸附装置用于吸附工作面,使得所述履带行走装置能够带动本体支架及工作模块沿所述工作面爬行;所述工作模块包括清洗模块、除锈模块和喷漆模块,工作模块可以与机器人移动本体组合完成不同工作;本发明应用模块化工具的方法解决目前船舶维修工具种类多,操作不统一的问题,提高效率和可靠性。
