The invention relates to a high-heat-transfer tire sidewall rubber composition. The high-heat-transfer tire sidewall rubber composition is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 20 to 70 parts of natural cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber, 30 to 80 parts of cis-1,4-butadiene rubber and 20 to 40 parts of HAF carbon black. The iodine absorption value of the HAF carbon black is 82 +/-5g/kg, the DBP absorption value is (102+/-5)*10<-5> m<3>/kg, and the nitrogen adsorption specific surface area is (75+/-6)*10<3> m<2>/kg. According to the invention, the heat conductivity coefficient of the sidewall rubber material is improved, so that the tire rapidly dissipates a large amount of heat accumulated for a long time through the sidewall rubber with high heat transfer, the thermal aging process of the internal rubber material and a framework material of the tire is shortened, and the influence of thermal aging on the service life of the tire is reduced.
