The invention relates to a power assembly suspension system, a vibration reduction method and a vehicle, the system is applied to the vehicle, the system comprises a controller, a rubber suspension and an electric control damping device, the rubber suspension and the electric control damping device are arranged between a support of an engine of the vehicle and a frame of the vehicle, the controller is connected with the electric control damping device. The control device is used for controlling the electric control damping device to output or stop outputting damping force used for improving the modal frequency of the power assembly suspension system and reducing vibration of the engine.
