The invention relates to the technical field of truck motor system vibration reduction, in particular to a power battery rubber vibration reduction suspension assembly which comprises a mounting seat and a vulcanized body, the mounting seat comprises a mounting section and a connecting section, the vulcanized body is mounted in the mounting section, and the vulcanized body comprises a mandrel and a rubber body located on the mandrel; outer end covers located on the mandrel are arranged at the two axial side ends of the rubber body, bulge bodies protruding towards one side of the rubber body are evenly arranged in the middle of the mandrel in the circumferential direction, limiting bodies are arranged between the mounting base and the outer end covers, and the connecting section comprises a bottom horizontal section and an upper inclined section which are connected with the mounting section; the bottom horizontal section and the upper inclined section respectively comprise a horizontal supporting table and an inclined supporting table which are connected with the mounting section, and the rubber body comprises a middle force bearing area and side limiting areas located on the two sides of the middle force bearing area. According to the battery suspension, reliable connection between the power battery and the frame can be achieved, large displacement of the power motor in all directions can be restrained, and stable operation and the service life of a battery system can be guaranteed.

    本发明涉及卡车电机系统减振技术领域,具体涉及一种动力电池橡胶减振悬置总成,包括安装座和硫化体,安装座包括安装段和连接段,硫化体安装于安装段内,硫化体包括芯轴和位于芯轴上的橡胶体,橡胶体的轴向两侧端设有位于芯轴上的外端盖,芯轴的中部沿周向均匀设置有朝向橡胶体一侧凸出的鼓包体,安装座与外端盖之间设有限位体,连接段包括与安装段连接的底部水平段和上部倾斜段,底部水平段和上部倾斜段分别包括与安装段连接的水平支撑台和斜支撑台,橡胶体包括中部承力区和位于中部承力区两侧的侧部限位区。本发明中的电池悬置可实现动力电池与车架的可靠连接,可抑制动力电机各向发生较大位移,可保障电池系统的稳定运行和使用寿命。
