The invention discloses a three-channel control engine telegraph which comprises a base, the base is provided with a left unit installation position, a middle unit installation position and a right unit installation position, a rotating shaft flange bearing is installed at an unthreaded hole of the left installation position, two rotating shaft flange bearings are installed at an unthreaded hole of the middle installation position, a rotating shaft is installed on the three rotating shaft flange bearings, and two check ring grooves are formed in the rotating shaft. The two check ring grooves are provided with two rotating shaft opening check rings, and the two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively provided with a push rod and a first-stage transmission large gear. Through simple combination of the single-channel engine telegraph units, a multi-channel control function can be realized. The three-channel control engine telegraph has multiple functions of simultaneously completing instruction acquisition, signal conversion, follow-up control, calibration zeroing, a night navigation mode and the like of three push rods, can realize independent and joint effective control of the three push rods, and can effectively improve ship maneuverability, improve operation comfort, reduce system complexity and improve reliability and maintainability.

    本发明公开了一种三通道控制车钟,包括底座,所述底座有左、中、右三个单元安装位,左安装位光孔处安装有一个转轴法兰轴承,中间安装位光孔处安装有两个转轴法兰轴承,所述三个转轴法兰轴承安装有一根转轴,所述转轴上有两道挡圈槽,所述两道挡圈槽安装有两个转轴开口挡圈,所述转轴两端位置分别安装有一个推杆和一个一级传动大齿轮。本发明可通过单通道车钟单元的简单组合,实现多通道控制功能。其中三通道控制车钟具备同时完成三个推杆指令采集、信号转换、随动控制、校准调零及夜航模式等多种功能,并能实现三个推杆独立及联合有效控制,能有效提高船舶机动性,提升操作舒适性,减小系统复杂度,提高可靠性和维护性。
