The invention discloses a flexible anti-abrasion coupler joist device, and relates to the technical field of locomotive connecting devices, in particular to a heavy haul train locomotive coupler joist device. The device comprises a bearing frame, a buffer suspender and a bearing structure, the two buffering hanging rods are connected with the two side portions of the bearing frame through hinged shafts correspondingly. A transverse joist of the bearing structure is of a strip-shaped plate structure, bolt holes are not machined in the two ends of the transverse joist, and the transverse joist is connected with the lower end of the buffering suspender through the bolt holes and bolts. The saddle-shaped bracket is of a frame structure and is arranged in the middle of the transverse bracket; the fixed locking plate is of a strip-shaped plate structure, is longitudinally inserted into the saddle-shaped bracket from the lower part of the transverse supporting beam, and is locked and positioned through a lock pin; the two bearing rollers are arranged on the two sides of the upper portion of the saddle-shaped bracket through pin shafts and used for bearing the car coupler. According to the device, the problems that in the prior art, an existing heavy-load locomotive is often unhooked, and meanwhile the maintenance and use cost is increased due to the fact that the coupler joist is greatly abraded are solved.

    本发明柔性抗磨耗车钩托梁装置,涉及机车车辆连接装置技术领域,尤其涉及重载列车机车车钩托梁装置。本发明包括:承载框、缓冲吊杆和承托结构;缓冲吊杆为两根,分别与承载框的两侧部铰轴连接;承托结构的横向托梁为条形板装结构,在其两端不加工有螺栓孔,并通过螺栓孔和螺栓与缓冲吊杆的下端相连接;鞍形托架为框架性结构,置于横向托架的中部;固锁板为条形板装结构,由横向托梁下部纵向插入到鞍形托架的内部,并通过锁销进行锁紧定位;承托滚子为两个,通过销轴装于鞍形托架上部两侧,用于对车钩的承托。本发明的技术方案解决了现有技术中的现有重载机车经常发生脱钩问题,同时伴有车钩托梁磨损较大,而造成的维修使用成本增大的问题。
