The invention provides an on-line monitoring device for abrasion of a coupling of a travelling crane winch. The on-line monitoring device comprises a drum-type gear coupling, wherein the drum-type gear coupling comprises an inner gear ring and a drum-type gear shaft sleeve; two inner teeth of the drum type gear shaft sleeve are respectively meshed and connected with the two inner gear rings; the two inner gear rings are respectively sleeved on the input shaft and the output shaft; the first induction block is arranged on the input shaft; the first high-speed proximity switch is used for testing the first induction block; the first induction block is arranged on the output shaft; the second high-speed proximity switch is used for testing the second induction block; and the embedded signal processing unit is in communication connection with the first high-speed proximity switch and the second high-speed proximity switch. The axial displacement of the output shaft can be detected, so that the abrasion loss of the inner teeth of the drum gear coupling is indirectly speculated, and when the measured abrasion loss exceeds a set value, a system reminds maintenance personnel to replace the coupling; the residual life of the coupler can be approached to the maximum extent, so that waste is avoided, and accidents caused by failure of the inner teeth are avoided.
本发明提供一种行车卷扬机联轴器磨损在线监测装置,包括:鼓型齿式联轴器包括内齿圈和鼓式齿轴套;鼓式齿轴套的两内齿处分别啮合连接于两内齿圈;两内齿圈分别套设输入轴和输出轴;第一感应块设置于输入轴上第一高速接近开关用以测试第一感应块;第一感应块设置于输出轴上;第二高速接近开关用以测试第二感应块;嵌入式信号处理单元通信连接第一高速接近开关和第二高速接近开关。本发明能够检测出输出轴的轴向位移,从而间接推测鼓型齿式联轴器的内齿磨损量,从而测得磨损量超过设定值时,系统提醒维护人员更换联轴器;能最大程度接近联轴器的剩余寿命从而避免浪费,并且避免因内齿失效造成事故。
