According to a high-power heavy-load electric wheel driving motor lightening method and a driving motor, non-acting parts on the two sides of a driving motor rotor are removed by utilizing the characteristics of a high-power heavy-load electric wheel driving motor rotor structure, so that the driving motor rotor with the two inwards-concave sides is formed; and then a supporting bearing of the driving motor rotor is moved into the concave spaces of the removed parts on the two sides of the driving motor rotor, and meanwhile, the driving motor mandrel is also compressed into the concave spaces of the removed parts on the two sides of the driving motor rotor, so that the axial structure size of the driving motor is compressed, the total weight of the driving motor is reduced, and the light weight of the driving motor is realized. According to the high-power heavy-load electric wheel driving motor lightening method and the driving motor, the structure of the driving motor can be simplified in a limited space, the weight of the driving motor is reduced, the power density and the heavy load performance are improved, the structure is compact, and the weight is greatly reduced under the same power.

    高功率重载电动轮驱动电机轻量化方法及驱动电机,利用高功率重载电动轮驱动电机转子结构的特点,将驱动电机转子两侧非作用的部分去除,形成两侧内凹的驱动电机转子,再将驱动电机转子的支撑轴承移到驱动电机转子两侧去除部分的内凹空间内,同时将驱动电机芯轴也压缩到驱动电机转子两侧去除部分的内凹空间内,从而压缩驱动电机的轴向结构尺寸,减轻驱动电机总体重量,实现驱动电机轻量化。本发明提出了一种高功率重载电动轮驱动电机轻量化方法及驱动电机,可在有限的空间内简化驱动电机结构,减轻驱动电机的重量,提高功率密度和重载性能,不仅结构紧凑,而且在相同功率下,重量大大减轻。
