A double-brake high-power heavy-load electric wheel lightening method based on a limited space is characterized in that according to the characteristics of a double-brake high-power heavy-load electric wheel, the overall structure of the electric wheel is reduced by adjusting the position and the structure of each component of the electric wheel and conducting lightening treatment on each component in a limited space position, and the weight of the electric wheel is reduced; and the overall weight of the electric wheel is reduced, and the dual-brake high-power-density heavy-load electric wheel is small and light. According to the lightweight method for the double-brake high-power heavy-load electric wheel based on the limited space, on the premise that the high-power-density heavy-load characteristic is kept, the structure is compact, and the weight is greatly reduced.

    一种基于有限空间的双制动高功率重载电动轮轻量化方法,根据双制动高功率密度重载电动轮的特点,在有限的空间位置内,通过对电动轮各个部件位置和结构的调整,以及对各部件的轻量化处理,缩小电动轮的整体结构,并降低电动轮的整体重量,实现双制动高功率密度重载电动轮小型轻量化。本发明提出了一种基于有限空间的双制动高功率重载电动轮轻量化方法小型轻量化方法,在保持高功率密度重载特性的前提下,不仅结构紧凑,而且重量大大减轻。
