The invention discloses an improved direct current charger sudden stop and discharge control circuit and a control method. In the improved direct current charger sudden stop and discharge control circuit, a group of three expensive main relays in the existing circuit are removed, and the functions of standby loss reduction, sudden stop protection, pre-charging starting and the like are realized through a reasonable control strategy. In addition, the bus voltage discharge loop is controlled by a sudden stop button, so that the bus voltage is rapidly reduced under sudden stop closing, and the personal safety is ensured. And due to the newly added small relays, optocouplers, resistors, small signal MOS and other devices, the total cost is reduced, the occupied space of a PCB is also reduced, and the size of the charger can be reduced.

    本发明公开一种改进的直流充电机急停和泄放控制电路及控制方法,改进后的直流充电机急停和泄放控制电路去掉了现有电路中的一组3个价格昂贵的主继电器,通过合理的控制策略实现降低待机损耗、急停保护、启动预充等功能。另外,母线电压泄放回路通过急停按钮控制,确保急停关闭下母线电压快速下降,保证人身安全。新增加的小继电器以及光耦、电阻、小信号MOS等器件,总体成本降低,所占PCB的空间也减小,有利于缩小充电器的体积。
