    本发明公开一种改进的直流充电机急停和泄放控制电路及控制方法,改进后的直流充电机急停和泄放控制电路去掉了现有电路中的一组3个价格昂贵的主继电器,通过合理的控制策略实现降低待机损耗、急停保护、启动预充等功能。另外,母线电压泄放回路通过急停按钮控制,确保急停关闭下母线电压快速下降,保证人身安全。新增加的小继电器以及光耦、电阻、小信号MOS等器件,总体成本降低,所占PCB的空间也减小,有利于缩小充电器的体积。
