The invention discloses a folding wing unfolding mechanism based on shape memory alloy driving. The folding wing unfolding mechanism based on shape memory alloy driving comprises a fuselage plate, two wing plates symmetrically arranged on the fuselage plate and a double-sided rack located between the two wing plates. The first ends of the wing plates are rotationally connected with the fuselage plate, the second ends of the wing plates are free ends, the double-sided rack is in sliding connection with the fuselage plate and is in meshed connection with the first ends of the two wing plates, and a shape memory alloy wire is connected between one end of the double-sided rack and the fuselage plate. The folding wing unfolding mechanism based on shape memory alloy driving is light in weight, small in occupied fuselage space, good in driving double-wing unfolding synchronism, simple in structure and convenient to adjust, and debugging and maintenance of an unmanned aerial vehicle are facilitated. In addition, the invention further discloses the unmanned aerial vehicle.
